HR Manager โ Home Health, Home Infusion, and Radiopharmaceutical Pharmacy
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions across our diverse healthcare services, including home health care, home infusion services, and a radiopharmaceutical pharmacy. Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
- Proven experience in HR management within healthcare settings, ideally with home health, infusion, or pharmacy services.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
