HR Manager โ€“ Home Health, Home Infusion, and Radiopharmaceutical Pharmacy


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions across our diverse healthcare services, including home health care, home infusion services, and a radiopharmaceutical pharmacy. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures tailored to the unique needs of home health, infusion services, and radiopharmaceutical pharmacy operations.

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain qualified healthcare professionals and support staff.

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare regulations.

- Administer employee relations programs, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills, compliance, and professional growth.

- Maintain accurate HR records, manage payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.

- Support organizational development efforts, including workforce planning and succession planning.

- Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture that emphasizes safety, quality, and employee well-being.

- Stay informed about industry trends, legal updates, and best practices in healthcare HR management.


Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.

- Proven experience in HR management within healthcare settings, ideally with home health, infusion, or pharmacy services.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws, healthcare regulations, and compliance standards.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software.

- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and leadership levels.
