The Human Resources Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources including but not limited to compensation, benefits administration, talent acquisition, and team member relations. S/He will promote a safe and welcoming working environment to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. The Human Resources Manager will work with department heads, Hotel Manager, General Manager and Corporate Human Resources to ensure maximum efficiency.
The Human Resources Manager shall strive to always provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests. S/he will be responsible for exemplifying the Hotel’s Culture and Core Hotels & Resorts’ Core Values.
