FOXCONN is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Houston. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience across all core HR functions, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, payroll support, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This position is key to supporting the daily HR operations and contributing to a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Administer employee life-cycle processes, including new hire orientation, status changes, and off-boarding.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
Support payroll processing through data entry, audits, and coordination with finance/payroll teams.
Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO).
Partner with management on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
Assist in HR reporting, audits, and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational environment.
Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Bilingual in English and Chinese is a plus.
