Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will coordinate all HR management activities for our US entities. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for managers and employees on all HR issues, supervise payroll in conjunction with the dedicated specialist and work on the social merger of the various entities. You will also support the Group HR Director in other HR matters.

Your main tasks will therefore be:

  • Applying Group HR policy within your entity
  • Supporting local management teams in applying employment law regulations
  • Managing local recruitment
  • Developing employees' skills (training, appraisals, career management)
  • Organizing and managing working conditions
  • Working with our lawyer to deal with legal and disciplinary issues
  • Supervise staff payroll management operations
  • Provide the necessary administrative assistance and support (employment contracts, remuneration, career management)
  • Update and monitor HR reporting tools
  • Participate in various group projects

Profile

  • You will be a university graduate and have several years' experience in a similar position.
  • You are adaptable, have excellent interpersonal skills, strictly respect the confidentiality of the subjects you deal with and are able to make suggestions. You also know how to manage your priorities and are able to make suggestions.
  • From a technical point of view, you are familiar with payroll rules and have a good knowledge of employment law.
  • Ideally, you will be familiar with Workday and ADP.

Working conditions

Contract: Permanent full-time

Position based in Orange (California)

Travel to other US entities (Denver & Geneva)

Partial teleworking possible

Compensation

Salary $100,000 to $130,000 per annum
