Description

The role is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in key areas. This includes leading all efforts to address Lexington’s recruiting needs, facilitating employee inductions, revamping and administering HR related programs, and supporting Lexington’s operation in other employee related matters.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, and oversee the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offering.
  • Proactively source and attract candidates using various channels, including online, social media, community services, and networking events.
  • Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
  • Develop orientations and training materials and then facilitate the delivery of New Hire orientations, as well as training in  company policies + procedures, and other HR programs.
  • Assist with performance review processes and provide support to managers on performance-related issues
  • Address employee relations issues and grievances, and provide guidance and interpretation of company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Less than 10% Travel
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office Suite, HRIS Platforms.

  • Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Qualifications

Experience and Education

  • High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 0-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role.
  • Familiarity with SAP/Microsoft Office is a plus.
