YRCI is seeking full-time Human Resources (HR) Specialist (Accountability) to support our client located in Washinton DC.
Create a comprehensive plan outlining quality standards, policies and metrics.
Conduct regular evaluations to ensure activities align with standards and policies.
Use techniques such as "5 Why's" to uncover root causes of quality issues.
Analyze and identify potential failure points to prevent quality issues before they occur.
Review past audit results and develop correction plans to prevent systemic errors.
Perform an internal audit of files to ensure compliance with requirements set forth by the Accountability Team Supervisor and Federal Office of Personnel Management (OPM) guidelines.
Requirements
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have 5-7 years of hands-on operational experience in Federal HR, with audit experience.
Bachelor's degree required. Additional years of experience may substitute for a degree.
Excellent writing skills; experience with writing quality, process improvement, and policy strongly preferred.
Proficient with Word, Excel, email applications, and Windows Operating Systems.
Obtain and maintain the government required background investigation.
