YRCI is seeking a full-time Human Resources (HR) Specialist, Administration, to support our client, located in Washinton DC.
Demonstrate proficiency with the Microsoft (MS) Office suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to prepare documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and communications.
Uphold exceptional written communication skills, delivering error-free and detail-oriented materials.
Provide top-tier customer service, responding promptly and courteously to internal and external inquiries.
Adapt flexibly to changing tasks, priorities, and schedules, while maintaining consistent quality of work.
Employ strong organizational and time management strategies to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.
Prioritize tasks dynamically—adeptly re-prioritizing to meet emerging needs in a rapidly evolving environment.
Utilize common office equipment, such as copiers, fax machines, and scanners, with competence and reliability.
Requirements
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Bachelor's degree required. Degree in HR or related field preferred.
Four (4) plus years of experience providing general HR administrative and staffing support.
Prior experience as an HR Specialist in the Executive or Legislative branch preferred.
Attention to detail, data quality, and data integrity; excellent writing skills with specific attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills; flexibility with their approach to delivery of work.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the government-required security clearance.
