Description

YRCI is seeking a full-time Human Resources (HR) Specialist, Administration, to support our client, located in Washinton DC.

  • Demonstrate proficiency with the Microsoft (MS) Office suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to prepare documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and communications.
  • Uphold exceptional written communication skills, delivering error-free and detail-oriented materials.
  • Provide top-tier customer service, responding promptly and courteously to internal and external inquiries.
  • Adapt flexibly to changing tasks, priorities, and schedules, while maintaining consistent quality of work.
  • Employ strong organizational and time management strategies to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Prioritize tasks dynamically—adeptly re-prioritizing to meet emerging needs in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Utilize common office equipment, such as copiers, fax machines, and scanners, with competence and reliability.

 

 



Requirements
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree required. Degree in HR or related field preferred.
  • Four (4) plus years of experience providing general HR administrative and staffing support. 
  • Prior experience as an HR Specialist in the Executive or Legislative branch preferred.
  • Attention to detail, data quality, and data integrity; excellent writing skills with specific attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills; flexibility with their approach to delivery of work.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the government-required security clearance.
