YRCI is seeking full-time Human Resources (HR) Specialists (Policy) to support our client located in Washinton DC. The qualified candidate shall:
Assist in developing and coordinating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Federal regulations and for operational HR processes for Executive and non-Executive hiring programs to include Quality Control (QC) measures.
Perform all necessary review and analysis, including conducting interviews and research, and engage in appropriate coordination with agency HR personnel regarding current policies.
Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.
Work with HR personnel with excellent customer service skills to assess to assess their needs; provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, and satisfy their expectations.
Is open to change and new information; adapt behavior or work methods in response to new information, change conditions, or unexpected obstacles; effectively deals with ambiguity.
Contribute to maintaining the integrity of the organization; display high standards of ethical conduct and understands the impact of violating these standards on an organization, self, and others; is trustworthy

Requirements
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with HR policies and procedures.
Bachelor's degree required. Additional years of experience may substitute for a degree.
Experience writing policy documents.
Excellent writing skills.
Proficiency with Word, Excel, email applications, and Windows Operating Systems.
Obtain and maintain the government required background investigation
