Zentis is Europe's number one fruit processing company and one of the leading brand manufacturers of jams, sweets, and custard-based desserts. The Company's North America operations are located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Plymouth, Indiana, where we produce fruit and dairy preparations for a variety of customers including yogurt, ice cream and bakery manufacturers. We are currently looking to recruit an HR Specialist for our Plymouth location. This is an in-office position.

 

The Recruiter is a key contributor of the HR team responsible for the overall recruiting of talent across the North America facilities. This person will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across all internal professional level positions. The Recruiter will work cross-functionally to identify and fill talent gaps by using various recruitment and internal people management techniques. We are seeking a driven and proactive recruiter who understands how to work with different people and adapt to changing talent needs.

 

Essential Duties:

  • Create innovative sourcing strategies to find and attract the top passive and active talent through a variety of search methods including social media, job boards, networking & referrals, internet searches, recruiting campaigns, professional industry organizations and other search techniques.
  • Determine and implement appropriate recruiting techniques for market, industry, skill set, and geographical region.
  • Consult with hiring managers to understand specific performance results, knowledge, skills and abilities desired for each role. Develop profiles to effectively source and recruit, interview, and recommend successful candidates.
  • Identify recruiting and networking opportunities to support talent acquisition.
  • Promote Zentis brand and culture among all candidates by championing our workplace culture and collaborating around employee engagement, employee experience and employment brand.
  • Conduct candidate screening interviews and first interviews. Schedule and conduct interviews using a variety of methods including phone interviews, video interviews and in-person interviews. Partner with hiring managers to schedule additional interviews.
  • Partner with business leaders and Human Resources on workforce planning and recruiting strategies to ensure high service delivery feedback. Collaborate with all members of the HR team to ensure consistent practices and policies regarding talent, recruiting and onboarding.
  • Develop interview guides and maintain accurate documentation on all candidates across all hiring activities.
  • Create job descriptions, manage postings, manage staffing vendor relationships, prepare, present and negotiate offers with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate pre-employment screening process.
  • Oversee overall Onboarding process.
  • Conduct follow-up activities with candidates to ensure job satisfaction.
  • Assist with other general human resource functions as required


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Hiring Manager Intake Meeting, Sourcing Talent & Candidate Identification
  • Resume review, screening interviews, preparing submittals to hiring managers, etc. Deliberate process of following up with the hiring manager for feedback and next steps.
  • Candidate relationship building, engagement and candidate experience management
  • Interview coordination and interview process management, including closing, de-brief meeting
  • Administrative / Applicant Tracking Systems tasks, etc.


Specific Experience and Key Knowledge Requirements:

  • Demonstrated prior experience as a recruiter in the staffing industry with two or more years of experience. Experience recruiting across a variety of job roles and classifications.
  • Experience recruiting int eh Food and Beverage Industry is a plus.
  • Good understanding of HR technologies, specifically applicant tracking systems and how to utilize them to create efficiencies for HR and the employees. Experience with ADP a plus
