Description

Position Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent. This role places a strong emphasis on effective utilization and management of the ATS (Paylocity) to ensure a streamlined and compliant hiring process.


Key Responsibilities


Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination 
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team goals 
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates 
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit 

ATS Management & Optimization

  • Maintain Paylocity Recruiting dashboard to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data 
  • Create and manage job postings within Paylocity and external job boards 
  • Track candidate progress, maintain workflow stages, and ensure timely updates 
  • Identify opportunities to improve Paylocity functionality and workflows

Candidate Experience

  • Provide a positive, professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process 
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates regarding application status and next steps 
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and offer processes 

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

  • Partner with hiring managers, and leadership to align recruiting strategies with business goals 
  • Train hiring managers and team members on Paylocity usage and best practices 
  • Support workforce planning and talent pipeline development 
  • Additional duties as assigned 


Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably staffing at field level in a fast-paced environment 
  • Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Paylocity, Workday, iCIMS, Taleo) 
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices 
  • Experience analyzing recruiting data and generating reports

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience optimizing or implementing ATS systems 
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements 
  • Experience in high-volume or specialized recruiting 


Work Environment

  • Typically, office-based; may require occasional travel or onsite hiring support 
  • Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple competing priorities 


Salary Description
$46,000 - $50,000 Annually
