Description

Are you passionate about connecting great people with meaningful work? We're looking for an energetic and driven HR Specialist - Recruiter to join our HR team and help us attract, hire, and retain top talent across our organization. 


The Recruiter plays a key role in identifying staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and managing the full-cycle hiring process. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand department needs, create job postings, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across the organization
     
  • Develop and post job advertisements on appropriate job boards and platforms
     
  • Source candidates using online tools, networking, and outreach efforts
     
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring teams
     
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate pipelines
     
  • Attend job fairs and community recruitment events to promote the organization
     
  • Collaborate with HR and department leaders to improve hiring processes
     
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires

Requirements

  

Qualifications

· An associate degree in business, human resources, or a related field is required. 

· 2-3 years of previous experience working directly in human resources is required. 

· Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is preferred.  

· This position requires a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
