Description

Position Summary: The HRBP is a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing HR strategies for both ASMO and the AASC. The HRBP will have direct oversight of all HR functions and day-to-day operations impacting HR.

Essential Functions include but are not limited to:

  • Ability to be a strategic thinker and implement processes to improve overall HR operations
  • Ability to manage personnel and delegate tasks as needed
  • Ability to write, execute, and adopt HR policies, job descriptions, and other HR related items
  • Ability to write, execute, and adopt compensation structures
  • Manage daily HR operations
  • Knowledgeable about payroll and processing of payroll
  • Remains up to date with NH law and employment regulations
  • Continually evaluates risk to the company to implement processes to mitigate
  • Responsible for the onboarding and off boarding of personnel
  • Monitors metrics related to retention, turnover, and engagement and, implements processes to improve day-to-day
  • Assist leaders with employee relations issues
  • Ability to network and have community involvement to grow the business
  • Demonstrates proficiency in the use of computers and other office equipment
  • Good interpersonal skills in establishing effective working relations with staff
  • Handling and protecting patient and employee information
  • Promotes internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Builds and promotes a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement
  • Attendance: works as scheduled and is compliant with Attendance and Tardiness Policy
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management; prior experience in Human Resources as an HR Coordinator or HRBP
  • Preferred: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR
