Position Overview
The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting employee engagement and organizational success
Essential Job Functions
- Maintain and update employee records
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, contracts and policy updates
- Update and monitor annual training budget
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and HR-related events
- Post new job openings
- Support onboarding processes
- Assist with timekeeping and attendance tracking and update OOO calendar
- Track performance development and review process
Non-essential Job Functions
- Excellent verbal and written communications and interpersonal skills
- Must be computer proficient including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Detail oriented and able to handle confidential information of highest level
- Good planning, time management, decision making and organizational skills
- Dependable and dedicated
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
