North Community is looking for an innovative and motivated individual with a history in human resources or a college education in HR. The Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources Department, while working closely with the HR Manager in preparing and growing staff for the agency. Will be responsible for auditing employee files and maintaining confidentiality of records. Will assist in onboarding new staff and making sure all pre-employment paperwork is completed.
