The Delaware County Human Resources Department is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the County’s HR office. This position plays an important role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly by coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, maintaining employee records and HR information systems, preparing employee documentation, and assisting with new hire orientation. The position also supports HR reporting, records management, and other administrative projects while helping ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.
Associates degree in Human Resources or related field OR a High School diploma or GED and two (2) years’ related experience.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Must meet and maintain qualifications for driving on County business at all times.
All required licenses and certifications must be maintained as a continued condition of employment.
