We are currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant, who will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to the Director of Human Resources while supporting the full employee life cycle of the agency’s growing workforce.
Job Purpose:
The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for supporting the Director of Human Resources with the administrative and HR functions of recruitment, risk management, policy development and enforcement, training, and professional development. Maintain up-to-date records to ensure all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. Facilitating new staff orientation and agency-wide training as needed while supporting the contract development of new/returning contractors. This role is crucial in supporting the agency’s strength-based culture, while providing a safe, productive, and motivated workforce as we align the HR department strategies with the agency’s mission.

This role is based in Downtown Atlanta. The position requires an in-office presence Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm to effectively support the team and engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
