Human Resources Assistant Summary:
Files and maintains information in the employee record. Answers inquiries and provides information to customers. Answers phones, schedules appointments, and performs data entry and general clerical duties for Human Resources and Employee Health. Maintains strict confidentiality.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Licenses/Certification: PHR designation preferred
Experience: 2 years clerical experience Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and managing files required. Computer experience required. Must possess excellent customer service skills.
