Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The HR Assistant will provide administrative support while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support
- Post job openings on job boards and company platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Assist with interview documentation and candidate communication
- Onboarding & Employee Administration
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
- Collect and organize new hire documentation
- Maintain employee personnel files (physical and digital)
- Assist with onboarding sessions and orientation coordination
HR Operations Support
- Update and maintain HR databases and records
- Track employee attendance and leave requests
- Support payroll preparation by compiling timesheets and required data
- Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure proper filing of confidential employee records
- Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Support HR audits and documentation reviews
