This team member will assist with the application and administrative processes of the OSU jobs system. The role requires strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to assist others via telephone, email, virtual platforms and in person.

The ideal candidate will:
Human Resources Assistant - two years of clerical/customer service experience.
Human Resources Assistant II - two years of experience in human resources or technical systems.
Human Resources Associate - four years of experience in human resources or technical systems OR
Bachelor's degree in related field and one year of experience OR unrelated Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience.
Sr Human Resources Associate - six years of experience in human resources or technical systems OR
Bachelor's degree in related field and two years of related experience.
Post-secondary education may be substituted for experience.
The person in this position frequently communicates with customers and must have the ability to effectively exchange accurate information to provide excellent customer service.
Requires strong typing and computer skills with demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent people skills with proven ability to work in a close team environment and ability to adapt to frequent changes.
Four years of experience in human resources.
