HR Professional

The HR Business Partner for Humanitary Medical Center Inc. will manage a variety of HR functions, including the implementation and management of HR policies, employee relations, performance management and payroll. Day-to-day tasks will include advising and supporting leadership on HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing payroll duties. This role requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Experience Required

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR Policies and core Human Resources (HR) principles
  • Proven experience with Employee Relations and managing workplace dynamics
  • Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure organizational compliance
  • Experience in Performance Management processes to drive employee development and engagement
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • ADP payroll experience preferred
  • 2-3 years’ experience in a HR or HR-related role.
