Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role will practice as an HR Generalist focused on a trusted advisory relationship to our HQ and Sales organization and serves as a partner in aligning business objectives with our people, culture, processes, and systems. to ensure success with performance and engagement. This role will involve strong business acumen, relationship management, and an understanding for the value of connecting the business goals and objectives with HR initiatives to ensure success with performance and engagement to enhance the capabilities and growth of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
- Facilitates employee engagement programs to foster a culture centered around the core company values, thought leadership, and continuous improvement
- Influences the adoption of best practices across talent acquisition, selection of talent, talent development, compensation, benefits, HRIS, self-service solutions, and team member onboarding
- Analyzes, produces, and presents HR metrics and data to build confidence in decision-making by identifying trends, opportunities, risks, and recommended solutions
- Ensures practices involving company policies, document management and retention, guidelines, and programs meet regulatory compliance
- Champions change and position the business for success through immersive experience to include communications, training, tools, and resources
- Proactively partners with team members across all functions to shape innovative, rewarding, and sustainable programs to drive team member recognition and retention
- Understands the importance of effective and efficient prioritization of solutions and aligns the HR service delivery practices with the pace of internal and external partners, team members, and the short or long term business strategies
- Prioritizes a best-in-class experience throughout the team member life-cycle from onboarding, immersion, and career success.
- Manages activities, travel, community events and relationships in appreciation of organizational commitments, strategic initiatives, culture, and values
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in any discipline relevant to business, human resources, finance, education, etc.
- 5 to 8 years working knowledge of HR areas such as HRIS, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, HRIS, CA regulatory compliance, occupational health and safety, learning and development, employee relations and engagement.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage priorities, projects, workflows, and to meet deadlines
- Ability to navigate MS office applications at an expert level
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
