The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders and people managers within a fast-paced, highly regulated BPO environment. The HRBP is responsible for implementing HR strategies that drive employee engagement, workforce effectiveness, and compliance with government contracting requirements, while aligning with both Senture and TP’s global HR frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).
  • Open to early-career professionals and recent college graduates with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to grow within the HR field.
  • Previous HR experience (internships, co-ops or full-time) is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in BPO, contact center, or government contractor environment is valued but not mandatory.
  • Strong interest in learning about employment law, compliance, and employee relations in a federal contractor setting.
  • Experience supporting a multi-state workforce, including remote and brick-and-mortar operations is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification a plus.
  • Ability to successfully pass all prehire requirements including drug screen and background check.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • This role may be performed in a remote, hybrid, or in-office setting, depending on business needs and location.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer in a home or office environment.
  • Must have access to a quiet, private, and secure work area with reliable high-speed internet if working remotely.
  • Occasional travel may be required to attend in-person meetings, training sessions, or support operational locations.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally across multiple platforms (email, video calls, phone, chat).
  • May occasionally be required to lift or move office materials weighing up to 15 pounds.
  • Must be able to manage confidential information in accordance with company policies, federal regulations, and data privacy standards.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact for designated business units, supporting frontline operations and leadership teams.
  • Partner with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, talent planning, employee relations, and engagement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, performance management, corrective actions, and internal investigations with an emphasis on fairness, consistency, and legal compliance.
  • Support workforce planning, staffing, and internal mobility efforts, including partnership with recruitment and onboarding teams.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, EEO, and federal contractor obligations (e.g., VEVRAA, EO 11246, OFCCP, and SCA).
  • Collaborate with the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and parent company stakeholders on initiatives related to compensation, benefits, learning & development, and employee experience.
  • Assist with the implementation and adoption of new HR systems (e.g., Workday) and performance management programs.
  • Support organizational changes including mergers, realignments, or program transitions in partnership with legal and operational teams.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend actions that support retention, and business outcomes.
