Position Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner's main responsibility for our company is to ensure that HR initiatives align with the company's overall business goals. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders by aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals of our company to drive business performance. The HRBP collaborates closely with management to identify workforce needs, develop talent strategies, and implement solutions that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and organizational effectiveness. This role combines deep HR expertise with strong business acumen to influence decision-making, support change management, and foster a high-performance culture.
What you'll do:
- Foster a culture of safety awareness and safety prioritization.
- Ensure that quality standards are met; champion quality ownership of the work center.
- Enforce all company rules, policies, and procedures; communicate issues or concerns with division management and/or Corporate.
- Collaborate with business leaders to drive workforce strategy and organizational design.
- Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to address people-related challenges and opportunities.
- Support organizational change initiatives by guiding communication, training, and adoption strategies.
- Use workforce data and evidence-based practices to identify talent priorities.
- Provide HR metrics and insights to influence decision-making and business planning.
- Collaborate with managers and senior leaders to develop and implement talent strategies.
- Support succession planning, leadership development, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Stay current on HR trends, best practices, and changes in labor laws to ensure legal compliance.
- Advise business units on compliance and policy alignment with organizational goals.
- Shape and influence a positive work culture aligned with business values.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement strategies.
QualificationsRequired skill & experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.
- Deep knowledge of HRIS systems (Paycom Preferred)
- Strong attention to detail; process oriented, with excellent judgement skills are essential.
- Must be able to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, in English.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for processing payroll accounting transactions and payroll returns
- Must be able to keep client, company, and employee matters strictly confidential.
- Drive to learn all aspects of the business and how to contribute to unconventional methods is highly preferred.
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred).
Experience and Certifications
- Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience.
- Proven experience partnering with business leaders and influencing at a strategic level
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a strong plus.
