Responsibilities:
Conduct meetings with respective business units and consult with management to provide HR guidance when appropriate.
Analyze trends and metrics in collaboration with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management and offer HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Work closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Design, coordinate, and facilitate learning and development programs aligned with organizational needs, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats (e.g., role-playing, simulations, team exercises, videos, and lectures).
Identify skill gaps and develop methodologies, activities, and materials to meet learning objectives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, participant feedback, and post-program evaluations, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business needs.
Utilize expert knowledge and research to design training outlines and modules based on organizational, client, and participant needs.
Administer training evaluation forms and assess training content, structure, and methodology to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Conduct needs assessments and strategic learning assessments to inform future curriculum development and ensure programs address current business requirements.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience; preferably in a Call Center environment
Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
A minimum of 2 years of Leadership Development training experience, including multiple training methods
Better than average written and spoken communication skills
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in HRIS and Payroll systems (Paychex is preferred)
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
Excellent organizational and analytical skills
