About This Role:

  • HR Systems & Administration: Manage HR systems (including ADP) by maintaining accurate employee records, generating reports, and identifying opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes.
  • Employee Relations & Consultation: Serve as a trusted resource to employees and leaders by providing guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and compliance with FMLA, ADA, and related programs.
  • Performance Management: Support leaders in all aspects of performance management, including documentation, coaching, performance improvement plans, and the annual evaluation process.
  • Provider & Compliance Support: Oversee provider HR documentation and serve as the HRSA Site Point of Contact while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
  • HR Data & Analytics: Utilize HR data to create reports, identify workforce trends, and support strategic, data-driven decisions that enhance engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role. 
  • Knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and HR best practices. 
  • Experience with HRIS and workforce reporting systems, preferable ADP Workforce Now. 

License, Certification or Registration: 

  • HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred
