The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) plays a dual role as both strategic advisor and a hands-on practitioner, directly executing core HR functions while partnering with leaders to support broader organizational goals. This position is responsible for managing the full range of HR activities, including employee relations, recruiting and sourcing, performance management, policy development, and day-to-day HR operations. A significant portion of the role involves utilizing the company’s HRIS (ADP) to manage and streamline administrative processes- such as employee data maintenance, onboarding workflows, reporting, and performance documentation. Responsibilities:
- Partners with the leadership team to develop, understand and execute the organization’s talent strategy including recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
- Provides support and guidance to the organization regarding complex, specialized, and sensitive personnel questions and addresses issues that arise; investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations; guiding the organization with development and execution of performance improvement plans, ensuring collaborative behavior throughout the process.
- Recruits, interviews, hires and onboards new staff for all departments, partnering with management to ensure all new hires are effectively trained.
- Ensures that department managers provide constructive andtimelyperformance evaluationsand regular coaching.
- Evaluates Human Resources tools and makes recommendations that support the mission of the company (i.e., Performance Evaluation, Salary Evaluation, and Training).
- Develops uniform job descriptions for all positions. Provides a uniform evaluation of all talent within those positions and works with the managers to establish development plans for continuous improvement.
- Monitors morale and guides senior leadership in efforts to improve morale.
- Define and support immigration management where needed.
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Monitors and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Partners with Operations to maintain compliance with all health and safety laws.
- Maintains a safe and orderly working environment by adhering to company procedures, rules, and regulations.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldrequired.
- At least five years of human resource management experienceisrequired.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highlypreferred.
