We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with leaders across the company, supporting employee success while shaping a positive, high-performing culture.

 

What You’ll Do

As an HRBP, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our people strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Coaching managers and team members on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Leading efforts in employee engagement, retention, and career development.
  • Supporting training and development programs by identifying needs and coordinating learning opportunities.
  • Managing sensitive employee relations issues with professionalism and fairness.
  • Staying up to date with employment laws and ensuring compliance across the board.
  • Championing a diverse, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.

 

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; BS in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • PHR certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and metrics.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • A strategic, analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel across worksites in the Central Texas region.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that meets the needs of our team members.
