POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic and operational partner to business leaders, supporting Kelvion’s goals through effective HR solutions. The HRBP will contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies in line with business objectives, supporting talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and workforce planning.
RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
· Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and provide HR guidance aligned to those objectives.
· Lead and support HR processes such as talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, compensation reviews, and employee development.
· Drive employee engagement initiatives and support cultural transformation aligned with Kelvion’s values and leadership principles.
· Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions and improve workforce effectiveness.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
· Manage complex employee relations issues and provide coaching to managers on performance and conflict resolution.
· Contribute to change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
· Collaborate with the global HR team to implement standardized processes and support HR projects.
· Support organizational design, role clarity, and capability building within business units.

REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
· Excellent organizational, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills, and ability to balance and complete multiple
deadlines and conflicting priorities.
· Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate among multiple functions and levels within the organization.
· Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
· Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
· Experience with ADP is a plus.
· Change driver and implementation.
· Knowledge of current and changing state and federal laws administration practices
· Develop and manage HR programs and policies.
· Proficient and professional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
· Able to work effectively with employees at all levels.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
· 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner or advisory role.
· Industrial or manufacturing experience is a plus.
· Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
· Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
· Fluent in Spanish (both spoken and written communication is a preferred)
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
