The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, responsible for implementing forward-thinking HR Programs while ensuring operational excellence in daily departmental functions for Corden Pharma Colorado’s manufacturing facility.
The HRBP plays a crucial role in creating a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, fostering professional development, ensuring legal compliance, and contributing to the organization's overall success. They will drive initiatives that align with organizational goals and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
The HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent, assess and anticipate HR-related needs, communicate needs proactively, and work in collaboration with business leaders to develop effective HR solutions.
This role provides leadership and guidance across multiple HR disciplines, including employee engagement & retention, employee relations, performance management, leadership development & career development, total rewards planning, compliance, and HR analytics. This role has a strong balance of strategy and tactical execution.

Bachelor’s Degree related to Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Four years of progressive related experience. Demonstrated experience with various HR disciplines such as talent management, total rewards, HR analytics, employee relations, engagement & retention strategies, performance management, and training. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Experience in a manufacturing and/or pharmaceutical environment a plus.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, percent, and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
