The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will provide comprehensive HR support to assigned manufacturing facility in the areas of employee relations, investigations, performance management, FML/STD counseling and compliance management. Provide professional advice and consultation to facility management in the daily execution and delivery of Human Resources programs and strategies.
