Job Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for coordinating and maintaining the day-to-day administration of group benefits programs (health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, worker's compensation, life insurance, accident plan, flexible spending plan, retirement plans, etc.) for employees & physicians. The HRBP researches and recommends improvements for benefits and monitors benefits administration and compliance.
