We are looking for a talented and dedicated HR Business Partner who will play a key role in nurturing our team and shaping our organizational culture. Located at our Hudson WI location, you will lead the implementation of the global HR agenda while carefully considering US and other local requirements.
Knowledge of local HR regulations and practices will be a definite advantage, but most importantly, we're looking for someone who can help drive change and collaboration to create an HR organization that's second to none.

Responsibilities:
Serve as primary HR point of contact for divisional leadership
Implement and drive the global HR agenda across the organization while working with our local leaders and people
Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers throughout the employee lifecycle, partnering with them on workforce and resource planning, professional development, career development, employee relations and other all HR functions
Partner with leaders on team effectiveness, engagement, and retention
Foster collaboration and facilitate change across the HR organization and the wider business
Build and sustain professional relationships, ensuring timely implementation and translation of HR initiatives and tools, and acting as an HR excellence consultant for HR processes
Leverage data and insights to influence and improve business outcomes
Partner with COEs and local HR partners to ensure consistent HR service delivery
Your Profile / Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred)
3-7 years experience in HR management, acting as a business partner ideally in a manufacturing or related environment
Strong knowledge of HR processes, initiatives, and tools, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to drive collaboration and facilitate change, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Previous experience with Workday (or similar system) is an asset
Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time domestically
The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $110,000 - $125,000 per year. GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.
The pay range is not guaranteed compensation or salary. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as a discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
