SUMMARY:  

 

This is an HR Generalist/HRBP role with a specific focus on HR Operations.  This key role will lead and support the implementation of technology, data, and analytics solutions to support teammate experience and business growth.  The HRBP also plays an important role in supporting compensation, benefits, and compliance activities for the business. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Drive operational efficiency by participating and/or leading automation and other business process review projects.
  • Support HR and leader decision-making by developing and administering people analytics.
  • Serves as a point of contact to management and operate as a trusted business partner by providing cross-functional HR guidance, counsel, data/analytics, and problem solutions within the HR Operations function.
  • Champions change and helps position the company for success with effective communications and empowered employees; thus, driving, and engaging self-service and manager self-service resources and technology adoption.
  • Provides tools and training resources for various teammate technology and benefits programs.
  • Supports internal/external surveys and data requests; supports assessment of data; collects feedback formally and informally and addresses issues in a meaningful and constructive way.
  • Administers personnel records maintenance and compliance and processes requests for data, such as personnel records subpoenas.
  • Supports HR and employee-relations activities and programs including but not limited to teammate meetings, interpretation of policies, new employee benefits orientation, and employee recognition programs.
  • Identify, implement, and maintain programs and/or approaches (tools) to improve the overall Cacique Teammate experience.
  • Supports the administration and communication of company-wide human resources policies, programs, procedures, and practices in accordance with stated corporate objectives and federal and state legal requirements.
  • Partners with external vendors, brokers, benefits carriers, and legal counsel to support HR Operations function.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent, five to eight years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient with ADP WorkForceNow/e-Time/HRIS; Payroll a plus; familiarity with ATS and LMS systems also required.
  • Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Understands the organization’s value proposition and employee experience mindset and can articulate fundamentals of the business.
  • Able to champion new ideas, manage change, and execute on action plans.
  • Experience in all HR concentration areas such as HRIS, benefits; compensation; employment law; employee relations; leave administration; occupational health, safety, and security; Learning & Development/LMS.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities, projects, workflows, and to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of teams and committees.
