Ready to grow your HR career in a fast-moving, people-first environment?

We’re looking for an energetic, motivated Human Resources Business Partner/HR Generalist to join our entrepreneurial, collaborative team. This role reports directly to the HR Director and offers hands-on experience across all aspects of HR—from employee relations and HRIS management to benefits and compliance.

If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and being the “go-to” HR partner for employees and managers alike, you’ll feel right at home here. Small team, big impact, and plenty of room to grow

 What You’ll Do

  • You’ll be involved in the full employee lifecycle and help keep our HR operations running smoothly:
  • Own and manage the HRIS system (new hires, terminations, employee changes, and reporting)
  • Maintain accurate employee files and HR records
  • Support employees with HR-related questions, including leaves, compensation, and benefits
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs
  • Act as a trusted HR partner—helping resolve employee concerns with thoughtful, solutions-focused support
  • Reinforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Stay current on federal and state labor laws to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Recommend and support employee relations initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture
  • Jump in on special projects and other HR initiatives as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • Experience with ADP systems
  • Background in a manufacturing environment

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Supportive, fun, and collaborative HR team
  • Entrepreneurial environment where your ideas matter
  • Direct exposure to leadership and meaningful HR work
  • On-site role with strong team connection and visibility

Sound like a fit.

We’d love to meet you. Come grow your HR career with us!
