Job Summary: As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will serve as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders and employees. You will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, and driving key HR projects. The ideal candidate has a background in HR, with experience in recruiting, employee relations, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Partnership:
  • Collaborate with site leadership to understand their goals and challenges, providing guidance and support.
  • Implement HR programs that align with business objectives and drive organizational success.
  • Act as a consultant to management on HR-related issues, offering solutions and recommendations.
  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
  • Facilitate the recruitment process, from reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates to extending job offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process.
  1. Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
  1. Project Management:
  • Lead and manage HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and organizational development efforts.
  • Ensure HR projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and improve HR processes.
  1. HR Policy and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, using data to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
  1. Employee Development and Engagement:
  • Support the development and implementation of training and development programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting, employee relations, and project management.
  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute HR initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
