Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a collaborator through aligning HR practices with business goals, providing HR guidance, and resolving employee relations issues to improve work relationships and productivity. This role will be responsible for driving business performance through effective people management, providing strategic HR solutions, and supporting organizational growth.
This is a remote position; however, it requires an average of 75% travel to our clinical locations.
Additionally, periodic travel to the corporate office will be required for meetings and planning sessions.
The ideal candidate will reside in Louisville, KY.

Required Skills & Abilities:
•3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner role.
• Proven ability to implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state and federal employment laws and HR best practices (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.).
• Experience handling employee relations issues and conducting workplace investigations.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics (experience with Paylocity or similar systems preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and senior leaders.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience with talent management, performance management, and succession planning.
• Strong change management and organizational development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
