The Role
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), Operations supports our College Park, GA manufacturing facility by partnering with Operations leaders and employees across multiple shifts.
This role is both tactical and strategic, responsible for day-to-day employee relations and compliance while also contributing to workforce planning, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
The HRBP maintains strong floor presence, builds trust with the workforce, and supports leaders in driving accountability and performance.
Spanish fluency is preferred to effectively support our diverse workforce.

Work Environment
This is an onsite role located in College Park, GA. The HRBP is expected to maintain daily presence on the operations floor, including in refrigerated production environment.
The standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Flexibility is required to support multiple shifts, business needs, and occasional engagement events
