The Human Resources Partner is a strategic, business-minded HR professional dedicated to building strong partnerships and enhancing the caregiver experience within the Ministry. This role will play a pivotal part in driving caregiver engagement, supporting leadership, and fostering a positive work environment, all while advancing the Ministry’s mission and vision. By leveraging a blend of onsite and remote capabilities, this hybrid role provides a personalized, dedicated presence that builds strong relationships with caregivers and ensures seamless, high-quality HR service delivery across the Ministry.
Position Details:
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field
Minimum Experience: Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred Experience: Four (4) years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Preferred Certifications: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of HR software and tools (e.g., Workday, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with an aptitude for resolving issues efficiently.
- High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics.
- Approachable, empathetic, and solution focused.
- Proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Collaborative and team-oriented, with a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
