POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Human Resources Business Partner I is responsible for proactively leading all aspects of tactical and strategic HR support for their designated areas . Although serving as the single point of contact for all people related issues within these areas, the HRBP is focused on Recruiting and Staffing, Employee Relations, Policy Interpretation and Implementation, Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation, Training and Organizational Development.
