Northrop Grummanโs Aeronautics Systems sector is currently hiring a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within the Human Resources organization. This HRBP will be responsible for implementing our human capital strategy in support of geographically dispersed clients within the Business Management organization. This is an on-site role in Melbourne, FL, with occasional travel required.
Essential Functions:
Implement Human Resources policies as a generalist, partner with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives and resolve HR issues.
Responsible for and/or serve as a HR liaison for the following areas, but not limited to: succession planning, talent management, employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, EEO, and training and development.

Ability to drive HR initiatives (can start with a blank sheet, design a plan/program/process and execute on a timeline).

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelorโs degree AND 2 years of Strategic Human Resources experience
Prior experience with Employee Relations matters
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top-Secret clearance within a reasonable amount of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
Ability to support multiple time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in prioritizing the work, balancing multiple projects and working across multiple deadlines
Proficiency in Workday
Previous HR experience in Aerospace & Defense
Current and active DoD clearance
