The Role:

This role blends strategic partnership with hands-on HR support — from driving recruitment and onboarding to guiding performance, engagement, and organizational growth. Responsibilites:

    • Strategic Partnership
    • Partner with people leaders to understand goals and align HR initiatives accordingly
    • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and team structure decisions
    • Assist people leaders on building a high performing culture
    • Support leaders in communicating and navigating change effectively
    • Talent Acquisition
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions and selection criteria
    • Coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth new hire experience
    • Talent Management
    • Support performance review cycles, talent calibrations, and succession planning
    • Partner with managers to create development plans and identify high-potential talent
    • Facilitate employee feedback mechanisms
    • Employee Relations & Coaching
    • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on performance, development, and engagement
    • Handle employee relations issues with discretion, fairness, and consistency
    • Promote a positive employee experience and address culture challenges proactively
    • Culture & Engagement
    • Promote engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company events
    • Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring policies and practices reflect company values
    • HR Administration & Compliance
    • Collaborate with HR team members on compensation, promotions, job changes, and compliance
    • Help implement policies and processes that improve employee experience
    • Manage employee records and HR systems
    • Track key people metrics (attrition, engagement, diversity, etc.) to inform actions
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Requirements:

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR and resolving complex employee relations issues
    • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and US employment laws
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
$70,000 - $85,000 a year
15% Bonus potential
