Summary
A fast-growing multi-state ABA provider is seeking an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. Reporting to the Director of HR, this role offers a blend of administrative responsibilities and people-focused programs. The HR Coordinator will play a key role in benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee lifecycle management, while also helping to foster a positive workplace culture through various retention and recognition efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR functions including benefits enrollment, payroll, unemployment claims, and terminations

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance with HR policies

  • Coordinate employee events and recognition programs

  • Contribute to employee retention strategies and team culture initiatives

  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide frontline HR support

  • Collaborate with the Director of HR on ongoing HR projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience in HR coordination or generalist role

  • Familiarity with HR processes including payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle management

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to balance administrative detail with a people-first mindset

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Based in or commutable to Lakewood, NJ
