This position will recruit, screen, interview, or place individuals within the organization. Will assist with compensation, benefits, and job analysis for employer. May specialize in specific areas, such as position classification and programs. Assist with policy updates and compiling data and summary reports. Provides continuous support for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. Supports and adheres to the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Qualifications: Associate degree in Human Resources Management required. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment; effective oral and written communication skills; intermediate knowledge of various employment laws and practices; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; and able to exhibit high level of confidentiality. Technical writing experience highly desirable. Data analysis experience preferred. Minimum three years of office administration and five years of Human Resources experience required. Prior healthcare experience a plus.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
