VNA is seeking a detail‑oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee relations, and compliance functions. This role is key to ensuring positive employee experience and smooth HR operations across the agency.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and assist with HR reporting.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits enrollment.
  • Serve as a resource for employee HR questions and assist with engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and support policy updates.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in HR or related field required, bachelor’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of HR experience.
  • SHRM/HRCI certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
