he HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Heatherwood’s Human Resources department. This position provides hands-on assistance across a range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits administration, and compliance.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in our Commack, NY office. The HR Coordinator will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional employee support.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance administrative responsibilities with collaborative project work.
