Job Duties:
· Supports Human Resource Department, coordination, and application of company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
· Handles the onboarding and offboarding activities for all new hires and terminations within the company.
· Coordinates and follows procedures relating to the Company’s drug and alcohol program under FAA/DOT regulations.
· Maintains employee files and databases.
· Schedules and coordinates new employee orientation, including fingerprinting and other pre-employment requirements such as badging.
· Screens and routes HR phone and email inquiries from employees and outside vendors.
· Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
· Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Basic knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
· Proficient in HRIS Systems, Word and Excel. Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. Experience with Workday is preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
· Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field preferred
· One to two years related experience
