We are currently looking for a dynamic Human Resource Coordinator who enjoys working with others and has superb organizational skills and attention to detail. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Management team to provide a reputable high-touch candidate experience. You will be engaged in interview scheduling, creating and sending offer letters, and different supporting activities to drive candidate attraction, all while focusing on accuracy and efficiency. This is a high-impact, high-potential role with incredible exposure to all team members. 

 

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to engage in all portions of the employee lifecycle. You’ll assist the hiring managers with tasks and activities throughout the recruiting, hiring, and development process and expand to assist with office management duties for additional coverage, or as needed. 

 

What you'll do: 

  • Ensure a positive, seamless, end-to-end recruiting process for all internal partners, stakeholders, and candidates. 
  • Utilize available technology to manage logistics and scheduling for phone, video, and in-person interviews for all participants. 
  • Utilize available technology to manage logistics and scheduling for phone, video, and in-person check-ins and reviews. 
  • Oversee planning and logistics of recruiting events such as interview days and hiring blitzes. 
  • Oversee the effective documentation of employee files in our HR system. 
  • Create and send offer letters to new recruits, coordinate background and drug screening checks, and ensure all employee paperwork is completed and signed. 
  • Field and resolve questions and issues that arise from internal and external parties throughout the recruiting, interview, hiring, and employee development process. 
  • Interface comfortably with all levels of the organization and candidates. 
  • Support hiring teams with candidates for virtual or in-person interviews. 
  • Assist the broader Management team with activities such as team building, holiday events, and charitable activities. 
  • Oversee communication with staffing agencies and logistics of onboarding/offboarding for temporary staff. 
  • Participate in other HR and Office Management projects and initiatives as needed. 

 What you bring: 

  • Ability to effectively interface and use discretion across all levels of the organization 
  • Computer literate and experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Experience using office machinery (printer, copier, etc.) 
  • Experience using Canva is preferred but not required. 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented 
  • Outstanding communicator both verbally and written 


Education and Experience: 

  • Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of Human Resources and recruiting experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. BA/BS is strongly preferred. 
  • Some office administration experience is preferred. 

 Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to lift 25 pounds 

 

Working Conditions: 

This is a part-time (less than 30 hours/week) hybrid role with potential for remote work once training is completed. Some traveling to our other office locations may be required (<5% travel).
