Description

HR COORDINATOR up to $19/hour

Join a growing company!  We are a large McDonald's Franchisee and we are looking for a Human Resource assistant in our office in West Palm Beach. 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Answers and directs departmental phone calls
  • Payroll entries, I-9 compliance
  • New Hire Paperwork
  • Generate reports
  • Assist with onboarding
  • Conduct fun, friendly informative orientations

Requirements:

 

  • Must be highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and HRIS systems
  • Excellent verbal and presentation skills
  • Highly organized
  • Reliable
  • Works well with a team
  • Completes tasks on time
  • HR experience is required
  • Restaurant Experience is helpful
