On Site HR Coordinator for Eating Disorder Treatment Center, 20 hours per week M-Th 9-2pm.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 

·         Provide new staff orientation

·         Ensure documentation for new hires is complete based on EE file checklist

·         Send new hires Seizure Training and Mindset Training

·         Complete I-9’s and submit information to E-Verify

·         Submit new hires to NC New Hire Registry

·         Check new hires in NC Nurses Registry (Annually)
                                         OIG (Quarterly)
                                         Excluded providers list

·         Verify credentials with appropriate agency, update as needed

·         Attach verifications to EE file under verifications

·         Review and save Nursys emails for CARF records

·         Complete Credential Checklist

·         Complete new hire reference check/employment verification

·         Obtain Liability/Malpractice insurance for new hires and licensed staff, follow up on expired insurance

·         Set orientation schedule for new hires

·         Submit Staff Orientation Manual for signatures

·         Pull data in Bamboo as requested

·         Run reports in Bamboo for Gale on 12/31 for vacation leave, MH Days, Holidays and sick time

·         Remove any accrued leave over the limit

·         Ensure Medicaid Audit files in Bamboo HR are updated and compliant

·         Update Medicaid Audit Checklist for staff as required

·         Send orientation packages to new hires

·         Review all time off requests and approve/deny based on policy

●     Terminate employees as necessary

●     Share orientation/termination information to ensure access to software -with designated individuals

●     Create files for Medicaid Audits

●     Other duties as assigned


HS Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree perferred.
