Full-time, hourly position (40 hrs/wk), Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm, with unpaid half-hour lunch break, $22.00/hour.
Responsible for full cycle recruitment and staffing efforts. This includes partnering with management to fill vacancies, drafting job descriptions, posting job openings, researching, sourcing, screening applicants, candidate assessment, interview scheduling and management, employment offers and onboarding.
Addresses inquiries and assists with employee relations.
Prepares and analyzes statistical information, including researching and gathering information on current HR best practices and new technologies.
Makes recommendations for improvement and demonstrates advanced organizational and time management skills.
Monitors rewards and recognition platform participation.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
2+ years’ current experience working in Human Resources.
SHRM certification a plus. Candidates with a SHRM certification will receive a $1.50/hour pay increase after 90 days of employment.
Proficient computer skills.
Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license and must meet our driver eligibility criteria.
